Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — receipt of payment is not received

Sir,
I have submitted the house tax bill against pin no. Mn14818 of rs. 572.59 (Devanand) on 27/5/2019 by trans. Id : othpg[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my state bank of india bank account but payment receipt was not generated and in the ledger also i can't see my payment made.
Pls. Look into this matter and kindly resolve and inform me the same on e-mail id i. E. [protected]@gmail.com.
