Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Sewer water leakage

We have been suffering from this since last 2 year but but repeated complain also no action has been taken by GDA. In this pandemic situation also we are living in such a environment that there was no hygiene. Can anybody took a necessary action please? Who will be responsible for this mess and who will take the responsibility if anybody got infected by this dirty water?
