GHMC — Dumping garbage in front our residential complex

Sir/Madam,

I would like to register complaint about garbage dumping by GHMC personnel infront our residential complex.

There are about 16 flats in Shaheen Apartments, Durganagar Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. Small children to old ppl are residing here.

People around this area and your GHMC personnel are dumping garbage in front our complex. It lies for few days before clearing from there. Even after they clear after few days, stains remain and that is causing foul smell. Seeing your personnel dumping, ppl from surrounding area are also using our premises as dump yard.

You are aware about swachh bharat mission and ongoing pandemic situation. Moreover this breeds mosquitos and eventually causes diseases.

Why can't you have some other arrangement for dumping garbage?

Please plan for alternatives and see that our premises is not used as dumping yard.

We are paying Rs 100/- per flat every month. We raise this issue with the person who comes to collect, but invain.

Today I asked GHMC person not to dump garbage but he responded arrogantly and asked me to talk their manager and says he will dump here only.

I am working as a Scientist in DRDO and have to report to office by 8:40. I can't keep on waiting to talk to the concerned manager who may or may not come that side every day.
