Gic Housing Finance — Not providing Loan Repayment schedule after multiple email follow ups

GIC team is not responding to any of the email. i've asked them for loan re-payment schedule for this financial year which i need for my tax declarations i have sent an email @1st of December and till now there is no response from them. i am suffering due to there poor after service facility.
