Hi, i have used a same day delivery service from above vendor as they promises on their website that they order can be deliver on same day. I paid the cost via my credit card on their website and have received an invoice for it.
However, the order has never been delivered to recipient and while i tried to contact the vendor there is no response from them. The number given on website is not working. I also raised online enquiry using their website and not received any responses from the vendor.
When i did some research on internet about this company, it seems to be a fraudulent company who always failed to deliver the goods and take payments form customers.
I would like to raise my consumer complaint against this company and such should be banned from internet.
