Order no :[protected], i tried contacting gifts2grab on whats app and all other means but i have not received any response from them . The power bank doesn't work properly and is surely a faulty product because it only gets charged up-till 75% in-spite of plugging it in whole night . The box doesn't include all the particulars except the USB cable and the Power bank . I am extremely unhappy with there service and would like to raise a complain...

I ordered Samsung earphones last week. Got them delivered yesterday. After unpacking them and checking about the sound clarity, I was shocked as one of the earphone isnt working. I have mailed gifts2grab, Texted them on WhatsApp, called their customer regularly but there is no response from their side. This is a very bad thing that they are not unable to take the replacement order. Poor service gufts2grab. Could you do anything?...
