Giftxoxo — Gift card not activated | |||||
I am not able to use my Gift Card of GiftXoxo on Amazon. I was awarded a gift card from giftxoxo worth RS 1000. I added it to my Amazon account which is shown in Amazon statement. But those amount is not added in to balance of amazon. I talked with the issuer shown in screenshot as well, they told me gift is not activated. Please help to resolve this.
