Gionee Communication Equipment — complaint on my new phone | |||
I purchased my gionee p7 max on 18th august '17. It's just been 4 months n high drainage of battery, within an hour i loose 25% and if this continues then it just means that my phone will working hardly for 4-5 hours. I approached even to that service center and they had my phone for 3 day's kept on observation and returned it back saying that they' didn't observe any problem and replaced my data cable saying charger had a problem, but the problem is continuing even now. I have to charge my phone at least 3 times a day. I can't even enjoy it's facilities when i am out or at a party. Customer service is really very bad. I regret buying gionee, really.
