To gionee centre. I have comlaint a request to gionee branch - vaishali nagar jaipur... For sercive of my mobile for not working of my touch and mother board the associate has changed my parts... Like - mother board he is telling me your mother has short but my mother board is in working condition he has changed my motherboard... I have repaired my mother board the shop keeper has said that your mother board has been changed... Dont buy gionee products gionee company is fraud company there employee also fraud first they tell u small amount for repair after that he will charge u to much amount and then i[censored] mail to gionee customer care they will also dont support you they also are same sso money is to precious dont waste to buy gionee products

Dear niabbar,
If the above mentioned product is under Warrantee means they are not having right to ask the additional amount. they have to replace the defective part / product with free of cost under warrantee. If it continuous means put a mail to Customer card dept of Gionee. If not resolving after mail means just file a case against company in consumer court.
