Gionee Communication Equipment — handset service

I have submitted my gionee f103 pro gold on 26 dec, 2017 for change of damaged display and battery issue at mumbai gionee service center and service center manager told your mobile with get ready in 2 days.
However, i am following up with mumbai gioneee service center from last 6 days and issue is not resolved yet and other hand gionee customer care is saying your complaint is closed on 1 jan, 2018 and you can collect your mobile.
Every time i call to service center manager, he used to say 2 day lagega sir, display request kia hua hai aaya nhi hai and other hand customer care saying your handset is ready you can collect from service center.
