Dear sir/ma'am, My mobile handset name is gionee a1 its volte1 phone. Last 2 month i face message receive problem. I would not receive any type of message especially otp.. I operate dual sim phone 1 is jio prepaid and 2 is airtel connection sim card. I already contact with both (Jio & airtel) companies about their network problem but there is no problem with them, because i cross check it in another handset.. This is jionee a1 handset sms setting problem.. Kindly brief me about sms settting of my mobile handset asap... Its urgent..!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

Whenever I visit toh the service centre...I didn't find any solution...I have a problem in my handfree jack...I want to replace it with a new one...but it is not available in service centre for a long time..seriously I m not satisfied with your services
