I have purchased your model no p5l from Tata stores at Airport Mumbai. I was promised on site warranty for two years. My phone does not work properly. It appears that there are issues relating to software and hardware. Fist thing is whatsapp only works in Wi-Fi and it does not work on mobile data. Even after reinstallation problem is not solved.
It further acts in strange manner in between. Some times it does not show called details. Though there are misses calls it does not show the members from which they have come. The same is with SMS it starts showing inbox empty.

Mobile network disappears frequently though same network is available on other networks.
Processing spend is really slow in comparison with other phones having similar specifications.
The list is endless.
Kindly look in to the matter and get the needful done at an earliest.

Maine p[protected] ko kharida tha jo 2 mah bad kharab ho gayaaur service centar bheja jo 3 mah apne pas rakhne ke bad Mobile warranty period me hote huye bhi repair nahi ki ja rahi hai aur paise ki maang ki ja rahi hai .

I am buy a gionee mobile 10 december 2014 .and 7 months after starting all problems, the most problme is mobile auto switch off auto all data andapps delete. 5 to 6 times going gionee care at rayagada no any response.
