[Resolved] Gionee — Low quality phones and poor services | |||||
I purchased gionee M5Lite on 21st may 2016 n till date m fed up of going service centre numerous times. The product quality is not good n the service is also very poor as they ar not providing me with concrete solutions. Each and every day a new problem is arising. Being a student i faced many a difficulties in purchasing the smartphone n now such a service of the smart phone was unexpected. I would like to inform you that my phone is still in warranty period but in this time lap i have visited the care centre numerous times. Now i gave up and i m fed up of it. I gave my phone S7 model regarding display change at secunderabad gionee service center thy have taken 76 days to rectify my problem. after that i had issue with battery charging so again i gave it on January 20th and still i get a answer part not dispatched . i dont know y these people make fool .
