Girias India Investment — giving false commitment and till delaying to give the promised gift items | |||
We had purchased samsung led tv at girias on 17 october 2017. Girias promised gift items like 1. Little silver stabilizer for tv 32 inch 2. Iron box 3. Head phone samsung On the time of delivery, delivery people told they forgot to bring the gift items and the told will provide it next day, till date not received and they are not responding for our quiry. We had visited the showroom twice but till no response from the concern people in the show room, always giving false commitment by in charge from girias people. Without having those mentioned items as gift why have to give ads and giving false words to the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

We bought 1 ton panasonic inverter AC on Sunday (20th May 2018) @ chennai trade centre. But still now we didn't receive the item. If I called to customer care there is no proper response and I went to nearer Gririas shop but no proper response.
