[Resolved] Girias India Investment — venus instant water heater | |||||
I have procured venus water hester lyra 3 ltr r30 vide invoice no cs/abt/21700 dated 5th aug 2018. Observed whitish water dishcrage from heater just after installation. Informed girias ambattur branch. No response for a week. I escalated the issue to floor manager on 29th sep 18 he assured to resolve problem as quickly as possible. Venus heater service team visited home after few days. Venus service team beahaved rudely. Their way of dealing with customer over phone was absolutely ridiculous. They acknowledged the issue. I demanded for replacement. They hadn’t responded for a week about the issue. When i spoke to venus chennai branch sales representative ramamoorthy, he assured to resolve problem. Again no response for another week.in between i spoke to girias. Again there no response from girias ambattur branch. Finally i visited girias branch after i losing my patience on 13th oct and dropped my venus heater at the girias shop itself. They assured me for replacement. I have not yet recieved any replacement till today 22nd oct almost a month. I have never experienced any such worst service experience in my life time. This is really annoying a lot.
