Glamita.in — No response after payment for the product
I've ordered clothing items from the website glamita.in on 7th October. I received an automated email that my Purchase is confirmed. However, I've sent 3 follow up emails to their customer support email id "care.[protected]@gmail.com" asking about the tracking details and tentative delivery date but no response until now. I understand there could be restrictions for start ups during this covid period but not responding is not the right way to go.
