[Resolved] Gleam Technologies — Not getting the refund - not giving proper response | |||||
I took a html conversion job but couldn't complete the project within the time frame. It's been one year so I wanted to get the amount back as they said it's refundable after one year. My invoice no is 04586 and I provided the bank details. I opened the ticket#3207 on Monday, 03 August 2015 but there was no response and it was closed. Again I opened a new ticket#3818 with them on Tuesday, 13 October 2015 but still didn't get the refund. They just update the ticket saying the ticket has been assigned working on my request. Please stand by for updates. If I contact the support team they just give the date that I will get the refund and then there is nothing. They also don't send a email confirmation when I will get the refund. Please assist me with the same to get my amount refunded. I sent so many emails also but no response from them.
