My team leader name is narmatha from chennai gleam technologies. I take a project offline mode "html project". Before i paid amount i ask some details to her. She told to me, u just paid amount, me and gleam technologies support team will help you.. Whatever u finish project whether it's done or not gleam technologies support you.. Only she told.. But she didn't response to me and support team didn't receive my call. Please refund my amount 1800 rupees

Gleam Technologies Customer Care's response As per your request we was ping a mail regarding Refund procedure i.e.., you have to raise ticket and mention Project id number along with Full bank details and wait for 48 hours you will get back refund date with request reference number.
