[Resolved]  Gleam Technologies — Requested for refund, but no refund given

I got a HTML typing project from Gleam Technologies and paid amount Rs. 2, 500.00. If I complete the work of given files (450 pages within 18 days), I will get Rs. 12, 000.00 a month. I did the project works and completed the work as per schedule and send back to them the files. QC team found more than 50 errors, so no payment for the month to you and also your project is closed. And told me If you want to continue, apply again for new slot and pay extra amount Rs. 1, 800.00. But I am not interested that time. So I spoke with the Gleam Technology person, and told we completed 450 pages (each file contains more than 45 lines) and did some mistakes, so at-least give amount for the time spent for the project and lot of work I did. Because it is easier for you to correct only those mistakes and get amount from your client. But they didn't agree and told about the agreement. And I requested them at-least Refund the amount I paid for the project. After some conversation, finally they agreed for full refund of the order amount. After that I called them several times, open a ticket for refund request. They told, the refund only taken place after one year from the project taken and asked for the Bank details. So I provided the bank details. After a year time I reminded them for refund, then they asked for the agreement. I sent it to them. Then I asked for refund, not they told contact the concern person. I called the person from whom I got the project from the company, they are not picking any calls. They are making money from the people like me. I should get the refund amount at end of Sep 2015, but refund was not taken place. I need the refund amount as soon as possible.
