Glen — Chimney is not working since the day it was installed

Chimney is not working since the day it was installed.I had already register my compliant via customer care number on dated 14.6.21 whose job no: SB/2021/6/PB/195078. Till date 8.7.21 the
Complaint is not resolved. So kindly replace my chimney otherwise I have to go further.
