Glen — Glen glass top - toughened glass broken complaint

I have purchased a glasstop stove from "kamala home appliances" at gandhipuram coimbatore, tn.
Model : glen gl1038 gt al @ rs.8990/-

I am writing this mail with extreme dissatisfaction with the product. Its been just 10 months i had purchased this product and it toughened glass has broken into pieces. And the dealer has promised to provide extended warranty, but when i visited and told them about the problem they just said that the product doesn't cover warranty.

I want my product to be serviced with warranty cover.
