Hello Team, I purchased Glan gas stove with three forged brass burners, for almost eight months now I am facing issues with the stove, as burners are shrinking and flame is not consistent leading to safety concerns and seems gas leakage due to the gap. For last two months I have been following with the service center to look into the issue, a technician visited almost three weeks back ( last week of Oct 20) and checked the issue and suggested change in burners and burner base, as per the technician stock is not available and hence he will return in another two weeks post procurement...we did mention we have been trying to reach service center for almost couple of months and we foresee danger with the current condition of stove, he promised to return in two weeks from his visit, as of today 22 Nov, 2020 there is no response and hence raising complaint as a last option. This is not the first time I am having issues with Glen appliances, with in three of purchase of Chimney stopped working, I really had to run from pillar to post for resolution, finally it was resolved after I have raised my concern online
