Chimney post using for week or so making noise. Casa electronics (from where I purchase) says product is damaged and need to replace. Glen technician is not responding and not visited since 2 weeks now and he says CASA not fitted properly on call. I want resoultion at speed. Mar 17, 2021 Updated by RahulPatil1 Glen technician came and added 2 screws which was not fitted by Casa store person while installation. but the noise issue has not been rectified. He said Motor is shaking entire equipment regardless of speed and need to be replace. I asked why new equipment need that service, please change equipment itself instead changing parts. As it may give further issues in future and cost me. Request to give solution.
