Hi, This is Irudayaraj Peter. I am from Chennai. This is regarding a Chimney that I bought with Glen some 7 years back. It had issues with the switch that turns the speed of the chimney. The switches has gone inside the chimney and after the recent cleaning that was done by the Chakra service engineer it give enormous amount of sound (like a mill). We had registered a complaint and it is almost 1 month and there is absolutely no response from the Chakra team in Chennai. Several phone call follow ups also made. But still the issue is that there is no response from the team. Worst customer service and total failure to even attempt to even provide any satisfactory response. Please help.
