Glitz Enterprise — I lost 9100 | |||
From quikr.com i registered for an online job. A company representative called me and told me to give my aadhaar and email id. I did as he said. He gave me a non-judicial stamp to sign. So i thought the company is real and i will get paid as mentioned. I started the job and couldn't complete it on time. So they said to send an extension amount of 9100 and gave the bank account and other details and told me that when the work is completed you will get it refunded. But after the payment the helpdesk no and email are not working properly. And there are many scam reports on the truecaller when i checked. After the payment they made me sent a mail to noclegal.[protected]@gmail.com mentioning i have no obligations. Now they are not responding. Please solve the case. I am a student from a poor family. I used my college fee to gave that money. Please help to bring that money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was also trapped in their net. I also asked for extension of work and the lady told me to pay 9100 for extension and told me i[censored] want extension u can only get it today.then my sixth sense give a signal and I told her I DNT need extension.

They may call u again and demand money for NOC from company...or demand penalty for 11 months that u signed in the agreement
I also stuck in this matter ..they demand me Rs. 5200/- as a penalty either they will send a notice to my home ...can anybody say that they can really case against me or this is just a threat

Inki ma ki ankh salo ki ..bechari innocent logo ko fhashati hai ..BC sale ... No need to be panic ..they all are chutiyas who think that they can make fool anybody..pls don't send him any type of money...just ignore their call notice emails etc..and pls make people aware about this fruad as much as you can
Aur ek baat tum log e rating maat do ..is rating is company k liye ...so jitna rate nhi karoge utna is company ka rate and image komega
Mera sat v aysa hua main to abhi kujha case ka dhamki de rha hai or kuch case notice v vejha so abhi main kya karu yeh sab ignore karo ya or kuch plz help me guys

I have received a similar case regarding Glitz enterprize. They had called me and made me sign an agreement where I told them that I will take up my work one month later as I was having some internet issues. Now after few days they started calling me and saying about the legal punishment that they are about to take. But my problem is if I had not taken any work from them then how could they claim money of 9500rs from me. I do belong from a needy family for me it is not possible to pay 9500rs within 3hrs.
If anyone can solve my problem then i will be highly obliged.

Bewakoofi mat Karo ..ho sake to Kisi friend ke sath jao agar Ghar per na batana ho.darr se ...Jake police station per batao unka number do they will handle it..pls.dont be panic ...be bold and kick their his own pichwada πππand if possible can u send screenshot of jsut upper head of agreement letter where stamp duty is mentioned
