From last 6 months i haven't received my emi reversal. Also the service is very poor. Even they have closed their office now. Can we set form a group & file the complaint. When joining, they gave lot of promises, but all are fake & very poor response. Right now, we are unable to contact due to no office & they stopped new booking. Not sure on the support for the existing booking clients & our money paid.

I am also so much frustrated with their service. They gave false promise of doing a Renting out of our another Country Club membership holidays.Also in-spite of repeated followup no update. We booked GOA holidays and now saying for child have to pay extra charges.Can we complain in consumer court?
