My name is ramalingam k (Uhid : [protected])... I was admitted in hospital and got treatment for 4 days and then discharged one month before. I was taken care very good manner. My insurance was claimed in hospitalization cashless..
After that i tried to apply for post hospitalization claim. For that, treating doctor registration number is required. Hence i called to hospital and asked dr. Nigel p symss registered number.
First day i called and asked, they transfered call to insurance team.. But nobody pick the call for more than 15 minutes.
2nd time called, they transfered call to neuro department.. Somebody picked call and ask me to wait for 2 mins and then kept the receiver down after 10 mins and said hello hello no one response..
After few days 3 rd time called, they transfered call to insurance team.. But nobody pick the call for more than 15 minutes.
4th time called, they transfered call to same neuro department.. Somebody picked call and ask me to wait for 2 mins and then kept the receiver down after 10 mins and said hello hello no one response..
5th time called, again transfered to same neuro department.. Somebody picked call and said like we wont share through phone.. Please come and get the details directly..
Very very worst phone service and staffs in global hospital...
Eventhough they are providing good treatment but staff are responsing not a good manner.
I request management to take necessary action and sort out this problem immediately..
