I have agreed to work with global star solution for filling 1000 forms in 10days i have completed my work and checked all forms nad submitted in time but they said i have accuracy less than 90% and as per they said i have paid 5200rs and asked me to terminate but they are asking money for termination which was not mentioned and said anywhere and now there legal advocate is calling and texting me that they have filed a case on me under section 420 and 405 and asking me to attend in high court delhi. This is such an unfair step they didn't even mentioned about termination anywhere and trying to loot me pls help me sir. Now i am help less i didnt have that much money to pay to them and i am terrified by there harassment please help me Was this information helpful? |
