Global Technologies — laptop unrepaired and motherboard cpu is not working

I have gave my laptop to global technologies, mehdipatnam center for repairing my laptop. The time i gave my laptop only screen was not working but cpu and motherboard was worked properly (As i can see the fan, light in laptop and sound while the laptop started)
After a month, they informed me that motherboard problem is there and asked to take back my laptop. When i have reached the center to collect my laptop. I have found out that cpu, motherboard, nothing is working and they are returning my laptop in dead condition.
I have called several times but they did not giving me a proper response. I have challenged them to check on cctv for finding out the position of laptop while submission but they had refused my request and asked me to take an exit from their campus.
