Noc I had purchased alto-lx under finance from gmac financial services ltd., name mamta dohare in the year 2002. I have paid the entire loan. But still i have not received the noc from the company to enable me to cancel the endorsement. The address mentioned in the letter is closed. Can any one help me to trace the company. S. S. My father had taken Auto loan from GMAC financial services in 2002 however the bank no longer is in existence. We need to get NOC to get the hypothecation removed since the loan is repaid in full long ago. How can we deal with such issue as RTO insists on having NOC before removing hypothecation charge. Please assist in such cases.
