Gmail — login issues

I am facing problem with my sister gmail account and now she is using my account to seek help .Last night I changed the password but unfortunately i didn't remember. So, when i tried to retrieve my password it say's google will get back to you with in 3-5 business days. I wanted to access my account immediately or at least by the end of the day as i may get job notifications. Please help me and guide me. I can't just waste my time sitting here. This is my email id [protected]@gmail.com and I have registered phone number also
