GMS Worldwide Express — complaint regarding my consignment no[protected]

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I have given a consignmemt to GMS COURIER KOLKATA on 30/08/2018 to be delivered at Bhopal (M.P) 462030 and today is the 10th day of Sep and yet its not being delivered.. Now what should be done it was very urgent and important. Please take action against them as this irresponsible behaviour is not acceptable by people specially when fastest means of communication as well as transport are equally available. Please look over the matter on priority bases.

This is my second time complaining about my parcel. Its been 5weeks now and when i track my package its writing out of delivery but u didn't get my parcel also. Such a liar, take action about this
