Gnanasekhar Kk — refund amount

Hi,

Im taken new connection in act broadband, 29 dec 2018

Act engineer coming and visiting my place they will tell coming back next half an hour, then will dint come, they tell u next day, im requested to disconnected my new connection and i requested to refund my amount on

2 jan 2019 after that they told they will refund my amount with in 1 week but today date is 30 - jan-2019.
Still not get my amount, daily im calling only, they telling new, new stories
Act broadband is worst services, wast off time, no response quickly
