This is a fake organization which is created to cheat tax from their existing company : http://www.ematrix-knowledge.com/
Ceo kaushik basumallick is a crook. There are bank notices against him in india. Their company named ematrix sells pirated data to its vendor even from pirated software.
Illegally they dont pay pf/esi/gratuity to their employees for which they are already notified from the esi dept.
