Go Air — airline sold tickets and did not let us board the flight.

Incident took place for a late night flight that we were boarding to delhi from hyderabad on 6th jan 2019. Flight was at 11.25 and we reached the airport at 10.30. We were not allowed to check in as the airline wither sold our tickets or they had two unservicable seats (As told by them) due to which inspite that we were on time and we kept insisting that please let us board as it is very urgent for us to reach delhi. They did not let us take that flight. Worst was their behaviour, inspite of the fact that they knew it was their fault, they did not even arrange for a hotel for me and my husband. Asked us to wait at the airport till the morning flight. After asking for a refund or some compensation they completely denied. This episode has happened with ravi (Customer representative) and rajesh (Duty manager). Airline agreed they were at fault but they refused to give any compensation. Mr. Prateek acharya (Airport manageŕ) made us wait for 45 minutes but he did not even come to meet us.
