Incident took place for a late night flight that we were boarding to delhi from hyderabad on 6th jan 2019. Flight was at 11.25 and we reached the airport at 10.30. We were not allowed to check in as the airline wither sold our tickets or they had two unservicable seats (As told by them) due to which inspite that we were on time and we kept insisting that please let us board as it is very urgent for us to reach delhi. They did not let us take that flight. Worst was their behaviour, inspite of the fact that they knew it was their fault, they did not even arrange for a hotel for me and my husband. Asked us to wait at the airport till the morning flight. After asking for a refund or some compensation they completely denied. This episode has happened with ravi (Customer representative) and rajesh (Duty manager). Airline agreed they were at fault but they refused to give any compensation. Mr. Prateek acharya (Airport manageŕ) made us wait for 45 minutes but he did not even come to meet us.

You did not attache any document of
- e-ticket
- your boarding pass, if you own it,
- the exact time, when the anonymous agent had refused you to board or to checkin at the Delhi airport
- your complaint towards anonymous person
- the refusal on that anonymous person to compensate you unknown sum

If you were late for checking / for boarding for your flight at the IGI airport and according the time, whis is stated in boarding pass or in e-ticket for you in written - it is your own fault. So you can claim nothing.

All complaint on luck of the services (refusal to board) have been addressed in written to the issuer of your tikcet - to the air carrier.
The air carrier has 15 days for the decision on the compensation or on refusal of the compensation follwing your submissionalong with your correct full name, address, e-mail, given desription of the events in timly manner and to the request in 1-2 sentances
- at the site of the air carrier or
- to the air carrier officilly designated email or
- in person in the airport office.

In 15 days followoing your complaint, if no refund is received, you are advised to hire the legal professinal for charge, who is able to start te civil case in a local court.
Such charges for legal cases can cost you from !~5000 and more rupees + own effective efforts (to go to the court, to go to the post, to reply in court questions, etc).

The fair court shall award the winner with the fair compensation for all losses and for paid fees.
