I was traveling from Mumbai- Goa on 13th July 2015 from Flight no- G8 371. On receiving my bag at the Goa Airport i found that it was damaged as my bag lock and Zip were broken and the bag wheels were also damaged because of that i had no option but to purchase a new bag while returning back to Mumbai. The Go Air authorities at Goa Airport couldn't helped me much and assured me that we will register your complain and you will receive a call from our end within 2 days and after that our complaint department will take care of your damages.They also provided me a local number for follow up which was a wrong number. Now it has been more than 11 days and i haven't received any call from the Go Air.
I am a frequent Air traveler through Go Air, but i haven't come across to such problem earlier, but this time the point that really seems unprofessional was that the Bag was not damaged in transit but it was purposely broken through, as there was a fellow passenger also whose bag was broken and in his case the money was also stolen from his bag and the bad part is that the nobody from Go Air even cares about the passenger.
I am attaching a copy of the slip which was issued to me on my complain for baggage damage. I look forward for a positive light on my complain and also looking forward for receiving my damages. Awaiting reply !!
