Well here I am again writing to you guys regarding the status of my issue G[protected]. Though one good thing on your part was one of your executive Donna called me to hear my issue. But Alas! That too didn't work... Seriously guys this is pathetic!! I mean your executive gave me her number so as to contact her as your customer care is already disgusting.. But that number too whenever I try, no one seems to address.. Guys with this bad service from yu ppl, I am even planning to cancel all my other tickets too.. Haven't ever seen such bad service throughout my fly. Never gonna fly from Go air ever. Will recommend others the same... Was this information helpful? | |||
