Go Air — boarding pass lost

I am gagan bains. My flight was from chd to mumbai. After security check in i lost my boarding pass. 20 minutes before departure i contacted with concerned airlines members. They told me its not possible to reprint the boarding pass. I was not allowed to board the flight. Security personal working at airport help me alot and tried their best in searching for boarding pass. But the airline members were not able to find any solution. I know its my mistake but there should be some alternate for such cases.

Actually i contacted airlines 20 minutes before boarding not departure. I reached at airport one hour before schedule boarding.
