[Resolved] Go Air — Food complaint | |||
Following are the flight details of my father and sisters flight. Both times food preference chosen was vegetarian. No food was provided. Towards the end of the flight, a to go food box was provided which caused food poisoning to my father and sister. This is ridiculous service, you guys charge an arm and a leg for flight and basic amenities such as food that has been paid for is not provided. I want action to be taken against this and some form of credit / refund voucher for airfare be given to me for future usage in go air flight. Unresponsiveness from the flight attendants is deplorable. This is not how customer service should be. This is a long flight and my father is an elderly gentleman with health issues.
