This is to inform you that we processed a booking for a re-issue bearing PNR - WYKP2D.
While processing the transaction, the amount was deducted immediately from the account. However, the payment status is not yet confirmed.
When checking with the Bank Manager, we received a confirmation that the payment was successfully credited to the Airlines Bank Account. Below is the transaction details:

Additionally, while contacting the Customer Support Team of your airlines, we were told that the transaction had failed and the amount would bounce back to our account within 24-48 Hours (which didn't happen).

Horrible customer support team they really don't understand the problem and keep talking as if a script is running, and disconnects calls without addressing the issue..
