Go Air — refund issue

Hi,
I have booked my go air flight thru paytm for 20th sept 2017 from ahmedabad to mumbai. My flight time was 23:50 and arrival time at mumbai airport was 01:10 next day. I reached airport around 10pm did my checkin & they issued me boarding pass and informed me that due to bad weather in mumbai the flight is delayed by half an hour, i agree to them and informed that i have international flight to doha from mumbai international at 04:10am in the morning and further delay would miss my connecting flight. Around 11pm i came to know they have further delayed there flight and the new departure time was scheduled for 2:30am, i was left in panic & agony with this news as i had my qatar airways flight at 4:10 from mumbai international to doha and then to paris. I started looking for go air staff as i was going to miss my international flight due to delay in flight from ahmedabad but i could not find a single staff of go air near boarding gate or in waiting lounge which is very shameful so i have to request to the security staff to cancel my boarding pass so i can go to the check in counters. Finally security people understood my problem and cancel my boarding pass and let me go to the checkin counter. I went to the checkin counter and requested to speak to the manager, i explained the whole scenario that i will miss my international flight, please help me to get another flight which can take me earlier to mumbai but he informed me that there is no flight departing till early in the morning. I was left helpless so i decided to talk with qatar airways and explained them the whole scenario and informed them i will miss out my flight to doha, qatar airways staff informed me that they have one direct flight from ahmedabad at 3:45 am which can take me to doha and then i continue with my journey to paris but it will cost me rs.70, 000 additional on actual price of the ticket. I asked the go air manager to pay that amount because it is because of them i am going to miss my flight from mumbai but as expected they refused to take liability & offered me a full refund which i have in writting from go air. I paid rs.70, 000 out of my pocket due to the delay and carried on with my trip. After i came back from my holidays i rang go air for refund but they said as i have done my booking thru paytm i have to ask for refund thru paytm. I requested paytm for refund and also attached the letter given by go air for full refund. After couple of days i got email from paytm that airlines have charged me cancellation fees and i am not entitled for any refund.

I dont know what to do now and from where to get justice, i paid hefty price of rs.70, 000 for missing my connection due to there flight delay and now they have refused to give my refund & given me false promise about the full refund.

Please help me to get my refund & justice.
