Go Air — refund of double traction

RT3PXU name of traveller ROJIT MUTUM During boooking of this ticket through sbi net banking 2673 of money deducted from my account but ticket was not booked, Again I tried and Rs 2673deducted from my acccount. Regarding this I complian to customer care of SBI as well as GOAIR but no any solution found.
