Go Overseas Immigration — amount of 12, 000 not refunded or the agreed services is not fulfilled

Hi myself siddalinga swamy from bangalore, in the year 2018, october 2nd i had applied for job seeker visa through go overseas immigration. And the fees of 12, 000 rupees was paid for the process, till date i have not received the services for the same from their end. The company has stopped responding to emails or phone calls. Its more than 1.5 years now. Please help in closing this at the earliest.
