[Resolved] Go Processing — mobile recharge service

I am using Mobile Recharge Service of this company. It has been around 2 years since I am using company’s services like mobile recharge, data card recharge, dth recharge, bill payment & landline bill payment. I am fully satisfied with services. But one issue arises with mobile recharge service, last morning. One of the recharge transaction got failed. Actually, the money needs to get refunded automatically but in my case this doesn’t happen. I haven’t got back my refund. Can anyone help me how to resolve this issue?

मैंने इस के पोर्टल से इलेक्ट्रिसिटी बिल पेमेंट किया था जो की कंपनी ने आगे फोरवोर्ड नही किया और मुझे अपने पास से बिल की राशी अपने कस्टमर को वापस करना पड़ और अब जब मई कंपनी से रिफंड करने को कहता हूँ तो धमकिय देते है और कंपनी पालिसी से खिलाफ है बोलते है कृपया मेरा रिफंड लेने में मेरी सहयता करें
