I booked a ticket by mistake with the wrong destination. The ticket was booked for a travel 2 months later. I called the airlines to reschedule my destination but they refused and conveyed that i have to cancel the ticket. I have got no refund in this transaction. A complete loss of 7000 In the meanwhile i have another booking with spicejet, they were allowing the modification without any extra money but go air has been stubborn and have looted the money. These companies like go air are operating in this space just to extradite money out of consumers with their baseless and anti customer support attitude. These companies are not making or what that they need to loot customer's money to survive, they could not even support me even when i reported the mistake within 1/2 an hour. The companies are shameless beings who are there just to take the money. They say "as per our internal policy, we cant the refund the money. Your direct competitor was willing to support, but i guess your ceo's bonus is dependent on the loot of your customer's money. Guess will never book with go air and try to provide as much feedback as i can all across so that no one else falls to book go air. Was this information helpful? | |||||
