Goair — article lost and misbehave by ground staff namely rajeev sharma

Dear sir/ma'am
This is to inform you that on 7th march, 2018 i travelled from bombay to delhi by flight number g8-439. The flight landed at 10:35 p. M at terminal 2 delhi. After collecting my bag i realised that i left my power bank in seat pocket 25f/e and thereafter immediately reported the same to the cabin crew waiting at the departure area and they informed us that the aircraft gate has been closed and therefore we had to make complaint at gate number 4 near the departure area but the staff present there one rajeev sharma misbehaved with me and refused to entertain my complaint and informed me to speak to the security and he will not help me. I request you to please initiate action against rajeev sharma and found my power bank and give it to me.
