Hi, this is Pooja. I travelled by Go First flight from Pune to Leh via Delhi on 7th July, 2022. During the journey my Bag is being damaged by Go First. I showed it to Go First Authority at Leh Airport. They asked me to fill a baggage damage claim form and submit it there and then I was asked to send an email with the attached form to their concerned team to resolve this issue. They promised to get it resolved within 24-48 hours. But, I did not receive any email or communication from them. After that I had several follow ups with customer care. But, All were making the same statement that I will get revert back within 24-48 hours. But, till now I didn't get any response nor the refund for baggage claim. Requesting for a refund of my bag damaged by Go First.
