Worst baggage handling ever in any flight services. On 28th december 2017 i flew to delhi with go air and while receiving the baggage i found the handle of my trolley broken. On complaining i was made to fill up a complaint form and the only thing i got yo hear from the baggage department was "sorry". However, since i had my return ticket booked with go air i had no other option to fly with you. On reaching delhi airport t2 i made sure the "fragile" sticker was stuck on my baggage and the did the same in the boarding/baggage drop counter and made me sign on the sticker as a proof that the bag was submitted in the broken condition. Then on reaching kolkata i found my bag totally distorted, to be precise, chain of the bag torn. On speaking to one of the executives she apologized and said the golden word "sorry" and explained that since i have signed on the sticker since the handle was broken they are not being able to help me. So basically i was proved to be a liar. Just to summarize go air baggage department sucks and will never fly with go air again in my life and will not recommend the same to my known circle.
