Most Hon’ble Sir, Related to: Airline Travel stage: Pre travel Sub type: GoAir Category: Baggage Journey Date: 11 Jun 19 Flight No.: G82515 PNR : X8NYVZ Unknowingly I put my power bank with luggage and reported the counter on time, as I am new flyer I dont know what to carry and what not to carry and no ground staff informed me the same. My name was announced by supporting staff and no guidance were provided by the concerned airline. I personally visited announcement counter and waited for 20 minutes for staff to discuss. After met with staff he collected my boarding pass and after 30 minutes call me to discuss. He forced me that I cant carry my power bank due to flight schedule and long process. I requested him many times but no cooperation were extended by the staff who took 50 minutes to respond. Later I realized airline could permit me by allowing me to carry my luggage as baggage, which will easily sort out this issue, but no such suggestion were given by the above said airlines ground staff. Sir Kindly take necessary action to handover my power bank back. Was this information helpful? | |||

I took a flight today morning 8:20 from Bangalore to Lucknow and there was a electronic gadget in my luggage check-in bag but they did't informed me and left my luggage at Bangalore airport and I have arrived Lucknow.
