[Resolved] GoAir — baggage delay and did not give us compensation | |||
My name is sabith koodakadavan I would like to inform you that i am travel with goair flight from abu dhabi to kannur on 11th july 2019 (My booking reference number - u9hm6t) flight number - g8 54, When i reached kannur international airport i did not get my luggage, and i check with goair staff, they said this flight was over load so some luggage still in abu dhabi airport tomorrow you will get, and i check with your staff they will delivery our place? They answer me they will not delivery i have to come airport and collect but go air will provide compensation 2000 rupees voucher And next day i went to airport i collected my luggage and i gives my email id for sending voucher but not till now i did not received any mail from go air team I think they are try to cheat us. Sep 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I think this site not take proper action about my complaint, i did not receive any call or mail from GoAir side So I not believe this site GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
